FidesiousPro Quality is a highly flexible quality management system in which the quality data is based on the Lot. Integration with other systems is possible. The software is based on MS Dynamics Business Central and completely tailored to your business processes.
For each Lot, you have the right information available at all times. You can generate a quality order at various points in the receiving and production process. The test values are attributed to the Lot.
With inspection requirements sets, you can easily record the inspection specifications for each article. You decide which requirements are set up and which results are added to the Lot information.
In which step of your process the raw material, semi-finished or finished product should be inspected is set by you. The lots to be inspected are blocked and released only after the lot has been validated.
Based on the inspection, a certificate of analysis can be generated. Through an interface, this can be sent to the customer.
Differences in quality of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products necessitate working with lots or batches. Therefore it is necessary for your ERP to support these features.
FidesiousPro Quality supports lot numbering, lot definition, tracking and tracing, physical and chemical lot attributes, shelf life, expiration dates, and more. For example, based on the water content of a lot of a raw material, it is possible to determine how much raw material is needed for a finished product.
Based on the number of samples to be taken, the mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values are calculated. These data can be saved to the lot. When producing, the quantity to be used can thus be taken into account.
Using an interface, scales can be linked to Business Central. The weighed data is stored directly in BC.
Following a set of inspection reports, trends can be mapped using Power-BI. This way, you are always up to date on the quality of your product.
Data changes are tracked with date and time. This makes it easy to retrace what has been changed, by whom and when.
Safety measures are recorded for each article. Risk and safety (R-S sentences) can also be linked to the articles. These are displayed in the process and can be printed on labels.
Complaints, Deviations, Changes and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions).
With deviation registration, you manage complaints from customers, suppliers and your own employees. In addition, a complaint can be linked to an article. Comments can be added to each complaint. The handling of a complaint, deviation, Change and CAPA can be fully controlled with authorizations. So you set who is authorized to register, manage and complete a complaint. The workflow of a complaint is flexible and fully authorization-driven.
